all the games are soft. ppl do not get better because a new stake or game is added.

IMO 5/10 is better than ever.

5/10 is the softest small stakes.

i just moved to the 5/10 6max from the 15/30 full. It's so much softer i frequnetly find myself blinking and double checking to make sure that's what my opponent actually had.

no, but games can get tougher. the 5/10 game figured to get tougher with the addition of 3/6 because the struggling 5/10ers would move down to 3/6, and the players who were beating 1/2 would move up to 3/6 instead of making a rather big jump to 5/10.

although 5/10 seems to have remained the same more or less, which i don't really understand.

Having been absent from the forum for a while, I just checked today to see what people are saying about Party 3/6 6 max. I have played 5/10, 10/20 and 3/6. What I notice thus far about 3/6 max is less undecipherable aggression? Admittedly I have played < 2000 hands, and I may just be hitting the right tables thus far.

I personally find undecipherable aggression my biggest challenge at short handed tables.

Thus far, I am delighted that Party added 3/6 (have retreated after a bad run at higher levels (probably my weak play, but seemed like a string of horrible beats). I am using 3/6 to build back my Party bankroll. Thus far it is working, but as always this may be a rush.

Once I have more data, I will check on opponent aggression. Does anyone have a feel for this thus far?

I would have to say that the 5/10 games are getting easier. It might be because the 3/6 sh are attracting more players into the SH type of games.
Or it might just be because all the schools are out now + the WSOP is going on.
