Party wont accept my Neteller?

Im trying to deposit to get the release april deposit bonus of $100. But it brings this message...''Error: Deposit Option Unavailable. Unfortunately, this deposit option is not available for you at this time.

Please go back and try a different deposit option.''

Whats going on?

If you were one of the one's that had their Empire account closed, you cannot deposit at Party until their system unfreeezes you.

Happened to me. Called support. Cleared it up. Deposited

Yeah, I called party support and they tranferred me to the credit team who then proceeded to tell me that I needed to e-mail vip@empire to get them to unfreeze it.

Who did you talk to so I can get this over with

If you haven't dealt with Empire yet . . . you need to do that first. E-mail empire at the vip@empi . . . so that they can give you the standard, "your account has been closed for xxxx bullshit reason ...". Once epmire has actually made contact with you to let you know your account has been closed, you should then be able to call Party and get the Party side of things cleared up.

I just spoke with a Pay-Pro rep and they told me I couldn't use IGM-Pay because my bank account was registered with Empire. This is such a crock of [censored], my account was closed by Empire a couple weeks ago and now they've screwed me over with Party as well.

Anyone know if there is anything I can do about this? I guess this is what sucks about online poker not being legit in the US, it can't be regulated and there's basically no appeals method or even a care about customer service quality.
