The drink service was slow enough that ordering 3 shots worth at a time I still was not drunk at the end of the night. That's hard to do.

My parents were in town for the three previous nights, and they would have disowned their first-born if he couldn't hang with them drink for drink. Even after that, and after losing 6k in the 80/160, I made an effort, by putting two coronas in me, to attempt to summon the mantis. Alas, surly Doug resulted, and he was home and in bed by 11pm. The forecast looks good though, with the Fiesta al Lago in town and Justin A coming out tomorrow. Send my love to Randall.
