Default Ace High Raise!

PokerStars 30/60 Hold'em (3 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, BB folds.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB

Opponent was playing LAG, on the turn I thought good chance I have the best hand. Is that reasonable? I raised to make him pay for his 6 outer, should I have called instead and try to pick off river bluff?

in a pot that small, if you think he'll fire again on the river, you're better off doing that.

I think either line is probably ok. I tend to call down here too tho vs a lag. He probably knows you dont have a 6 so he might 3bet which you will not like.
