I like your line.
I'm not 3betting the flop unless I can fold the turn UI when he caps the flop and donks the turn. And there is no way I'm doing that getting ~11:1 with no read. Popping the turn is another option but I'm happy for UTG to stay in and getting 3bet would lick balls.
