Wow. Hopefully someone can come up with the first 50 because hearing that first all-in hand was invigorating. The crowd was electric.

I'll eventually get to work on editing what I have, maybe I'll edit the rm file first then add on the part of the show I have from the beginning to have one big file.

Alrighty I'll try to get it up when I can. It's a 550MB file in rm format. I missed the first 50 or so minutes (no one was knocked out at that point) but the remaining 13 hours are there including a captivating dinner hour.

you don't have to edit the file or anything. just upload it to yousendit.com. they'll host it for the first 25 people. then some of those people can re-upload it and so on and so forth until everyone has it.

i'll definitely upload it if i'm able to download. 550 megs for the original uploader will of course take a while.

In my opinion they are better off converting it to a lower bitrate MP3 and uploading that. It would probably be a lot smaller. I did a quick google and there seems to be a few free tools that can handle rm -> mp3.

Maybe worth checking out.

The program I use to convert rm to mp3 converts at a 1:1 ratio, does what you have to it any faster?

Yes, with an mp3 you could probably drop the bit rate down to 48 kbs or something. Possibly even mono. It'd cut the file size down by at least 50%. When it's only talking, the drop in bit rate isn't as noticable as it is with music.

You could really drop it down to 16 kbps, I've got 3 separate mp3 files, at 24k it was about 150mb. If I ever get a copy of the rm file, I'll convert the file and add what I have from the beginning (minus the parts where the server died on me) and will be glad to have it available for whomever.
