Do Neteller names and party (skin) account names have to match?

i don't have neteller (i know, but i've never needed it til now) and i'd like to move money between skins within the next few days. is it possible for me to withdraw to my friend's neteller account from party and then deposit into a skin with same said account?

If you didn't deposit with Neteller they will suspect something.

Don't try it : you will probably have minor ( very little chance of major) problems.

Party will close both accounts, and demand a ton of ID from you and the name that neteller is under. It will be a huge pain the ass. Don't do it.

This is correct. You gotta just set up your own. Creating the account only takes about 5 minutes, and you wait for Neteller to call you back at the phone number you listed to make sure it is really you. Then, you wait another business day or two for a small deposit to hit your bank account. Once you verify this small amount, you're good to go.

If you friend has accounts at Party and at the other skin, you can transfer the money to his Party account, he can cash out of Party and deposit in his account at the other skin, and then transfer to your skin account. In any case, get a Netller account.

does eurobet have interaccount transfers? i asked someone and they didn't find it immediately, but admittedly didn't look hard.

pretty sure only for affiliates to transfer to their players, but for player to player no.
