Gift Checks work just like travelers checks so anywhere that accepts travelers checks should accept gift checks.

If you are wondering if you can purchase Super Certificates from CashOutShop and then use those Super Certificates to purchase AMEX Gift Checks, that won't work. The Super Certificates cannot be redeemed for AMEX gift checks.
