Default KQ limpers to your blinds 5-5

Here is one I'm just not sure about.
Luckily I won both times, but twice I had a few limpers to me with KQ in the blinds.

A little more about the game, it is the 5-5 NL game at Oceans11 in San Diego, $300 max buyin.
I guess I'd call the game very loose.
An example, two limpers, I made it 35 to go from UTG+2 with KK I got 5 callers (i was at $350).

Sometimes there is also a live straddle.

So three limpers to you in the SB and you have KQ..what do you do?

Or limpers to you in the BB with a live straddle, what do you do? If you make it $40, you will get many callers (as I did once)

Thanks

SD

Check/Complete - Why raise KQ out of position?

Against players who don't suck, just complete your small blind or check in the big blind. KQo is a mighty dangerous hand to be holding in no limit and I don't think you want to raise with it in such crappy position with people already in the pot.

call/check. btw 5-5 with a 300 max is a terrible structure.

So you want to fold AQ UTG and raise KQ out of the blinds with limpers who wont fold...

Even worse is the Bellagio $2-5 $200 max.

I actually played in an identical 5-5 300 max home game last night, it sucks.

LOL...I was wondering if anybody was smart enough to remember that.

I wasn't saying you should raise with KQ. Was looking for feedback on it.
I do agree you shouldn't raise..especially in such a loose game like I am in where people are pretty much assured to call.

I asked since I did raise to $40 with a live straddle, 4 callers. QJ3 flop, bet $125, three callers (one allin for $80). 2 on the turn, I pushin for $205, both fold..and I win a huge pot.
But felt preflop like why did I just do this. So even though I won the biggest pot of my life, I felt it was likely I misplayed it preflop.

Why do you think it is a terrible structure?

I guess I like it since before in San Diego there was only 1/2 $50 buyin and 2/4 $100 buyin. Now those are beyond terrible.

When did the Bellagio change from 2-4 to 2-5?
It was 2-4 two months ago.

The Bike is also 2-5 $200. And they won't even let you reload to $200 until you are down to $100, which was terrible. And take a $.50 rake when there is no flop, which seemed odd.
