With a flop like that you are hoping he has A10, and his leading bet would give credit to that idea. And calling your raise even. But when a 3 comes down on the turn and he checks , I stop thinking he has TPTK.

Your bet on the turn was small, but its pretty obvious it didn't help him. Like someone else said push on the turn, and spare yourself the decision to be made when the J comes on the river.
