Default KJs loose table, call this pre-flop?

table is 50/10, about 2 orbits

Hero has KJs in CO.
mp2 is 85/30.
mp3 is unknown (2nd hand played)
button is 35/7
blinds are vpip 40ish.

2 limpers to mp2 who raises, mp3 3-bets, Hero???
