Default 25NL overpair trouble.

Right before I sat down for the session I said to myself I'm not calling any re-raises, because that is by far my biggest leak. Obviosly that is a broad generalzation and I wasn't going to follow that exactly, but he point remains I need to stop calling a fair amount of re raises.

Then the second hand at this table (no reads) this hand happens:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter

BB ($47.20)
UTG ($41.80)
Hero ($24.75)
CO ($48.30)
Button ($11.50)
SB ($26.15)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls $1.25, UTG folds.

Flop: ($3.35) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $5.75</font>, Hero calls $2.75.

Turn: ($14.85) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $10</font>, Hero calls $17.50 (All-In), BB calls $7.50.

River: ($49.85) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $49.85

Once he re-raises me on the flop I really don't know what to do. I'm sure this is all rather simple, but my confidence it a bit shaken after a semi-bad run.

Thanks

Fold the turn for sure. I've folded to the flop 3 bet against some players... I've also seen people play draws like this (minimum bet/minimum reraise), but the turn action is inconsistent with that.

Either fold the flop or the turn. You're beat.

That is pretty much the only conclusion I have come to, but I don't want to become weak tight. I just need to start foling to big bets like this with overpairs/top pair hands. I think comming from a SNG background folding these hands is real hard for me, because in SNGs you fold overpairs and TPTK hands alot more.

Thanks.

You don't think I have to call the flop for 2.5 more to see what he does on the turn?
