Classic poker bonus play required raked hands yet not withdrawable!

I got the $100 sign up bonus and i have clear double the the raked hands required yet still the bonus is not withdraw able!

Yep there is a problem just got this email back from them if anybodys interested :
Dear Andrew,

They still have not made my bonus withdrawable! even after they sent me this mail! Anybody else ever have trouble with them?

Send your correspondence manager@classicpoker.com. The manager's name is Man and he resolved the bonus issue I had with them a few week's ago.

Iv emailed the manager and support again but no reply, yep I think they must be a Bunch of crooks, they no iv played over the required amount yet they still wont give me the bonus! Is their anyone i can report this too?
