Neteller ATM cashout problem

I withdrew money from my Neteller account to the debit card. Then I went to an ATM, and tried to withdraw the corresponding amount of money. I receive no money, just a paper note reporting 'system malfunction'.

Today I contact Neteller support and they send me a transaction statement which shows the withdrawal was approved, sigh. So they start a funds trace now.

Two reasons I post this,
I thought the debit cards are 100% reliable and annoying mistakes like this wouldn't happen. I guess I was mistaken.
Secondly, I'd like to know if you have had a similar experience with your debit card, and if you did, how long did it take to get your money back in the account?

I just need my daily 24 pack of beer damn it.. Makes the 15 hours a day of multitabling go smoothly [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Make sure the ATM has a pulse (not plus) or star logo on it. At least where I am, a lot of them don't.

Yeah, no problems there, I have used this ATM several times before.
It simply seems that a failed transaction has been marked as approved in the Neteller's debit card company records, and since I'm in Europe, getting this solved can take a lot of time.

Time to consider alternative methods of cashing out my winnings

Had a few dimes stolen from my debit card. It took them a week or so to give me the money back and I haven't used the card since. Essentially, they suspected that someone hacked the account and transferred the money out of my debit card to a bank. It was a transaction that a normal user could not even execute.
