McEvoy's Tournament book has separate sections on different games, including stud, as the concept of the book is to provide strategies on winning the 10 'main' WSOP events. This is the only specific information I can think of on Stud tournaments.

Your best bet is to study tournament poker for advanced players and stud cash game play. TPFAP will help you make proper adjustments.

Get 7CS4AP and Sklansky's tournament book. Harrington on Hold'em doesn't mention stud, but it is the best tournament book out there, so you might want to get that one too.
