the rare B&M trip
I rarely visit a B&M, maybe a couple times a year.
I find myself forgetting to tip the dealers becuase I'm not used to it. I normally remember after a hand or two. Is it acceptable to tip the dealer late? Or just wait till the next hand and double tip them? |

Re: the rare B&M trip
I often forget in the excitement of a big pot. I'll just toss them a couple whenever I remember and say "sorry, I think missed you on that last hand" or whatever.

Re: the rare B&M trip
I do that a lot. Almost every time I rake a really big pot, I forget to tip. Interestingly, I don't forget on the medium sized pot.
In any case, the dealer's never objected when I later toss him a buck or two with an apology for forgetting him. |

Re: the rare B&M trip
i sometimes forget if i tipped them altogether, feel free to ask and theyre generally truthful. just a simple "hey, did i get you on that last hand i won?" and flipping them a chip should suffice. good luck.

Re: the rare B&M trip
i often forget what i did 5-10 seconds ago playing live (could be the beers, but whatever) so i'm always asking dealers while i'm still raking a pot "did i tip you?"...perfectly acceptable, just speak up if you forget and if you dont feel comfortable, hit them with an extra tip when they're done - no big deal..

Re: the rare B&M trip
it be more unacceptable if you didn't do it all together. As long as you do it at somepoint its all good.
