Default Question about suited connectors

When calling from the blinds with suited connectors, would you rather your opponent be tight or loose? Tight obviously, means you are more likely to be against an overpair, but have more manipulation ability(i.e. you know where he stands), but against a loose player your pairs are more likely to be good. I am really talking about in 3 or 4 way pots with hands like J9s-76s and such.
