Feb Party Reload not work for me

BONUSFEB didn't work for me.
I just emailed them.

It didn't work for most of us either. I emailed them last night (info@partypoker.com) and they had the bonus in my account within 5-10 minutes.

Business as usual for Multipoker, just email them and they apply it.

No go on Party for me either - emailed them about 4 hours ago and no response yet. But I guess it is the middle of the night there now.

Any hands you play while waiting for the bonus to be credited should count, atleast that is how it has worked with past bonuses. If they don't credit you with the hands you played when you get your bonus, I would send them another email, unless you play so many hands that it doesn't matter.

They never answered or acted on my email so I just called them. They were quick enough to credit the bonus but they gave me a harder time about getting credit for hands played, although they finally gave in and "put a note on my account." They said I should call again when I had finished the number of hands, have the person look up the note, and then they would adjust the remaining hands. So, JEM7VSBL and anybody else who's played a bunch of hands, you might want to go the telephone route. Toll-free number is on the help screen.
