Default Lancasteraus: Stop berating the fish

You say you make a living at poker. Why are you berating your customers? I didn't mean to get in a row with you: You were berating other players and presenting yourself as an expert. Then you made a strange play against me and I typed wtf you replied with something and that turned into a session long argument. We stopped for a while but then you started berating other players again. Those are our customers. Please treat them as such.

I especially like it when bad players who think they're really good are giving strategy advice.

"I don't raise my aces preflop. My pot odds change the equity too much after the flop to be +EV."

Do not argue with a table coach.

"Whiner" and "sore loser" are the only words you need to type.

This is a great solution.

I used to make posts like this, and engage in this sort of anti-tablecoach argument but it really is futile. All you can do is be friendly to the fish and ignore the jerk. It really gets me going when a player insults the fish, but he's not going to change because I call him out on it, it's just going to make everyone leave the table to get away from the arguing TAGs.

I'm locking this b/c it's not strategy-related, and who knows if the guy even posts here.
