I'm in, with 1645 at first break.

I am discovering that my game is fairly limited. I mainly play limit cash games, and the occasional NL tourney. As a result, I am a fairly weak NL tourney player. So when I had the night free, I was intrigued to find out that it was a limit tourney. Now is my time to DOMINATE...or so I thought.

20 minutes in, I realized that I have no idea how to play a limit tourney. Much different than a cash game. I would guess that the average VpIp for my table in the first hour was 27%.

Not sure if I am adjusting correctly or not. My chip count is largely due to one hand, or I would be about even.

Good luck, all.

It's all coming back to me now, although I'm an hour too late.

Starting to realize that I really don't have a lot of chips compared to the BB, and if you get in a hand to the turn, you better feel good about it.

Feels like my first short-bankrolled shots at higher levels.

PS - where do the NL players go on Wed. nights?

Well the best of them sign up for this anyway and then say, "OMG LIMIT!!!!! I HATE LIMIT!!!! THERE IS NO SKILL IN LIMIT!!!" and proceed to give us an 5-6% overlay.

Ahh yes....I think I have two of them at my table.

1470 with blinds at 100/200

I am a total nonfactor in this tournament. Weak tight, followed by confused aggression. The good news is that there are many worse than me still here.

Adanthar knocked me out 300th or so when my pfr with JJ pretty much committed me. I got shortstacked when BB hit a set on the turn with 44 when I had TPTK. Oh well, I will be back.
