Default Question(s) about Pokertracker

I am on the verge of buying pokertracker and I wonder if it tracks the VPIP numbers etc. live? I couldnt seem to find anything to indicate that by looking at the screenshots.

If that is not the case, is it better to download pokeroffice?

you can use a program called pokerace hud or another program called gametime+ to overlay the stats of you and your opponents on the tables you are playing.

you can sign up through http://pokersourceonline.com/ and get PT for free (once you meet the requirements). that's how i got mine.

then, used about an hour or so of my poker winnings to buy PokerAce HUD as i found it 457x better than GameTime+

There are similar ways to get PT for free.

If you are wondering if it tracks live play (as in B&M sessions), then the answer is no. If you are wondering if it tracks online play in real-time, the answer is yes for most sites.
