id fold PF in most internet 5/10 games.
i like the flop bet, but bet more! 70 would be good.
when you get minraised, you are prob looking at a very big hand (AA/KK/88)... just get outta there.

So rude these people.

Fold preflop at a full table, your bound to get raised behind and out of position.

[/ QUOTE ]

People may be rude, but at least they have a clue.

When will you people learn that preflop is irrelevant in this game?

where the hell did you get this? theyre playing with , like, 85BB stacks here...

Villain has 700something and made it 25 to go, and he is in the BB, it is $15 more to call. Are you really not calling this? Have I lost my friggin mind?

I think he meant the initial decision to limp.

once its been raised and only 15 more to call its an obvious call though.

Hes UTG+1 so there is probably going to be a raiser behind.

You want to limp with a pair of 33s when a couple callers are in and in position to exploit.

Hey I'm no poker genius but why get yourself in trouble. If I had to come in UTG or UTG+1 with a less than premium hand I would rather come in for a raise and with a suited connector. Easy to play after the flop and you can bust someone with it.

Theres no hand thats easier to play after the flop that can bust someone than a pair. You can call a moderate raise with it head up much more profitably than a suited connector (nothing wrong with SCs either).

i wouldnt have limped UTG with this garbage.
if the table is weak and im running it over, ill raise... but limping with 33 is not good, IMO.
REVERSE IMPLIED ODDS.
just say no to 22-55.

lol, how does raising get rid of the reverse implied odds problem? In any case, it's not like 33 is going to be -ev from utg, just a bit less +ev than 77.
