Default NFL Week #2

My Patriots took care of business in the desert vs Arizona. Starting to get a little excited about them as it looks like we finally may have a running game. This was the 1st game since 1997 that the Pats had a 100 yard runner and 100 yard receiver in the same game.

Didn't see the Jets but it looks like they got a potent offense. How are you all feeling about your respective teams at this point in the season? Feel free to embellish.

Seahawks have started 2-0, even thought both games were on the road. They're offense was sluggish though, maybe because Alexander wasn't 100%, however their defense looks good for the second week in a row. I am really looking forward to next week when they crush the 49er's.

Steelers:

Same old story. Defense can stop the run but not the pass. I can't stand Maddox so mayne the injury to his elbow this weekend will start the process of getting the new quarterback in there. I was not happy with the team picking up Staley int he offseason but he has been a pleasant surprise.

I guess it's going how I projected. Should end up with about 8 wins.

Seeing the Seahawks win two road games in a row is almost unbelievable.

The game they won at Tampa is a game, in the past, they boot almost every time.

It's hard to believe that the Seahawks might actually be good. Not just 10 - 6 good, but deep post season run good.

It's early so all real enthusiasm is on hold.

The Bears crushed the Packers!! In the ESPN early morning NFL show (don't know the name) 3 of their 4 pros picked the Packers as their team to win, and some of them mentioned it was a "no brainer".

The Bears made Green Bay look very bad. I liked it.

It's always nice having a soft schedule. 2-0, headed for 2-14. Go Lions!
