Dell 2001FP on sale for $503.

I know people were asking about the 2001fp and when it would go on sale again.

I just checked and they are now $503, last week, they were on sale for about $535. I wonder if they will get any cheaper, anyone know the lowest they have gone?

Just thought I'd share.
Sucks becuase I was seriously considering getting two of the 2005FPW wide screens last week on sale for $434, now they are $492. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

You don't want a 2005FPW anyway. Get nothing less than 1600x1200.

I don't multi table so i guess i would need the 1600x1200. I mean, what are the other advantages?

Nevermind then, I just assumed you multitabled, or have more than two tables open at a time.

I think I'd still prefer 3:4 aspect ratio if I single tabled, and it was the choice betweeen similar screen real-estate with 3:4 or not. Video games are usually built for it, and most wallpapers and videos are 3:4. Also you have a good multitable monitor if you do decide to in the future.

true. and now that PP allows you to resize windows, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you play exclusively on party and dont even multitable I think I would go with the 2005, it was only like $350? last week and you can resize the party tables anyways. It also shouldnt be long before the 2001's are closer to $400 so either way I wouldnt get the 2001 right now.
