Is this a good deal?

I have a couple questions about other options....
Is it worth it to upgrade the batter to the 9 cell for $99?
Can I hook up a 2001fp and run multimonitor with the video card i have?
is the 60gb 7200rpm worth the $150 upgrade?

Much thanks.

I cannot speak to the technical questions you raised, but I can tell you that having just received my 9300 yesterday, I am very impressed with this machine. The screen real estate in particular is amazing.

i recently purchased a 9300 and am awaiting its arrival.

go with the cheapest RAM option and upgrade it yourself.
go with the cheapest HD and upgrade yourself to 7200 rpm.

that is what i have done, but i upgraded the video card to the 128MB x300.

but i believe both can drive an external 2001FP, but you should have someone else verify this.

my final price shipped was just under 900.
