Default Well I\'m done

Unless someone is looking for a student, I'm out. Built $100 to $2000 since the beginning of the year. Lost it in the last 4 days. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Last $10 tourney, with my last $10. QQ late, one limper. Raise to $200. Blinds $50. Flop 677 2 diamonds. He checks, I push. He flips over 67 and I'm gone. You guys keep saying these things are easy to beat. I can't seem to. I'd be willing to put in another bankroll seed in a week or so, but no sense in it the way I play. Same thing happened last year. Built it to $7000. Lost it in a month. Help.

Later,
Rick

Did you lose $2000 at $10 tournies? Also cashing out would be a solid idea.

How do you lose $7000 in a month and then $2000 in 4 days? What level are you moving up to? Trying Step 5s for fun or something?

I don't think it is even possible to lose $2000 in 4 days playing hte 10s, 20s or even 30s for that matter.

The fish are looking up poker software and stuff. I'm not kidding. I just had a "fish" go tell me to check out pokerprophecy.com . He was a fish, too, I think. He made a bad play on me.

Let the fish us the tools. All it does is give them a false sense of magic poker playing.

If you are losing that much money it sounds like bankroll is your issue. Are you playing outside your safety area?

You lost $2k in 4 days and you decide to tell us about a $10 game play which is obviously irrelevant.

Your problem is that you don't have the courage to face the real reasons why you tanked.

You are not a winning player if you lose $2000 on solely $11 SNGs. Major strategy adjustments are necessary before you jump back in. Look specifically into your bubble play.

sounds to me like your over-aggressive. Maybe you are carrying that over-aggressiveness into your bubble play ? I like to choose my battles wisely on the bubble. If I can afford to fold a bad hand rather than raise it for a blind steal, I will. It seems to work for me.
