manually entering mtt results on pt

How exactly is this done? I looked on all my tabs and didn't see anything that said manual entery. did I miss it somewhere. Also can i get the results from party poker or do i just put in that i finished 5th and my prize amount won and the tourny cost plus rake? Thanks for all your help
