$11's Problems ITM...

Not too long ago, someone posted a reply to me and said that I need to push any 2 from SB when ITM. I should probably find that post, b/c there must have been more to it than just any two... maybe the blinds were super high relative to stack sizes. Since reading that post I think I am getting more 3rds. Please see below, and give me a refresher on playing ITM. Thanks
