3 bet too much?

check call was my river plan for an unimproved river. I think i lead out if i boat the river, and cold call a raise. I don't like going for the CR on the river here with the small boat though.

On the flop I would just call the raise and donk the turn. I don't think you are ahead a lot when he caps the flop.
I don't really like your 3 bet on the turn as I think are you pretty far behind likely.

I also don't like preflop.
