party VIP December bonuses?

Does anyone have their December VIP bonus offers from Party? I emailed them last week and asked if there were going to be any for December. I was told there would be, but to be patient. My offer would appear in a popup or email soon.

Well, the month is almost 2/3rds over, and still no offer for me. In November, I was promised that if I completed my goal, my December offer would be much more generous. I completed my goal (which wasn't easy). I'm a little perturbed I haven't heard anything from Party for December now. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.
