Default QJs steal is 3-bet

Villain is 14/9/3+ and has likely seen me steal-raise light before.

I was lost in this hand and would appreciate any thoughts.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
5 folds</font>, Hero raises</font>, Button 3-bets</font>, 2 folds</font>, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero ??

I am clearly behind more of his range than I am ahead of, but I have no idea how much equity I have here. He is super aggro post flop (AF of 11 on flop after 70 hands). He is not the sort of player to fold KK with an ace on board.

What's my plan?

I'd peel the flop and fold the turn without any help. I'm too lazy to do any hand ranges right now, but its likely he's ahead of you.

Check/call/reevaluate.

I would check-call the flop and turn and check-fold the river. I think he checks behind enough of the time on the river with a worse hand to make a loose turn call (not to mention you still have outs on the turn).
