Anyone else had any "problems" with Kardwell?

Anyone else had problems with Kardwell.com? I ordered some decks, but got the wrong ones, after speaking to an employee, I sent them back. It's now been a few weeks and I haven't heard anything from them, even sent 2 emails - no reply =/

They have screwed up several of my orders. Just bitch at them and they will set you straight. But ya, they do mess things up.
