Default what do you think about this min-raise 3-bet?

Villain has been 56/15/5.4 over about 75 hands. He has c/r me a few times before this one, and I folded to both of them. As you can see, we're both pretty deep-stacked, and so I thought that this min raise might be a good idea. What do you think? I don't know if I've ever tried to pull this 3-bet minraise before now, but did it bc I could still get out of the hand if he went all in and did in fact think I was beating him at this point.

I don't like it and think you should make it at least 75$. But that's just me.
