How can I improve this? Should I lead out the flop, or check raise? Is this alright?

I think I would lead the flop here. Your line isn't bad though.

I'd raise the flop and take control, or fold.

If you take control, and are ever reraised, fold immediately.

If I bet 80 and am called by villain, what's my line on the turn? Am I check/calling reasonable bets and folding if it gets out of hand (my original line)? I feel like I'm bleeding chips to a K if I keep betting, but a check screams "I have a Q and am terrified of your flop call." Problem is, a lesser Q might call my flop bet too... I guess I need alot of work on these WA/WB situations.

Yeah, just check/call, and you're back on the same line you actually played, which looks fine to me.
