Re: When do you call?
obviously, with a pot size change the action in the hand would change. But if you were magically adding to the pot I would call when it was about double what it is here at 5/10 without a read. A read here helps, and against some opponents calling the river would be correct in the current pot.

Re: When do you call?
pretty big. An unknown villain at 5/10 is very rarely FOS on this board. I'd want to be getting 20:1.

Re: When do you call?
I don't think you should look at it in terms of pot odds. In this situation, the third player in the hand also makes it much more likely that villain isn't FOS. But what I would say is that from time to time at a table where you suspect villain is acting FOS repeatedly, pick an AJ+ type of hand to call down. For now, with this hand, just keep in mind your suspicion and look for an opportunity to expose him.

Re: When do you call?
he's rarely gonna be FOS with this particular board in a 3 way pot. The only hands that have draws on this board are 78, 89, 57, and 58, which all paired. These aren't particularly likely cold calling hands for an unknown either (ok maybe 89s, 78s is). Furthermore a lot of players would call rather than raise with these hands. If he was raising the flop with Ace high, he's often gonna take the free showdown because his hand has showdown value.
