Very tempted. The Warden has school tonight. I should be doing my taxes, though..... I'll be at a 10/20 table.

Man, it'd be tempting to go there and spend the evening nervously eyeing the non-progress on the binky-stakes O/8 interest list.

If I'm gonna play the $1/2 NL games, I think I'll stick to the weekend. When I play those games on a weeknight, I always get the feeling that I'm interrupting the high school kids while they study for their exams.

Well I did play for 3 hours tonight. Had miserable cards all night. In 3 hours I didn't raise PF once. It was a very good table. People would make it 20 to go and get 2 or 3 callers. My only pair was 66 and my best ace was AT. The good news is I was only down 75 when I won my 1st hand with 2 pair. Even better was my 2nd last hand of the night I hit a straight with 63s (on da button) on the river (also had flush draw) and ended up profitting for the night. So far a good trip at the 1-2 nl game.

I will be back tomorrow night.

I was there for a total of 25 minutes. I got an "emergency" phone call (which turned out to be not such an emergency) and had to leave. 2:40 of driving to lose $15 in 25 minutes. Not my ideal night at the table.
