You are right, the jack on the turn changes things, but that would be my plan on the flop. When the jack comes down you can't fold the turn so check/calling is fine.

I would consider check/folding the river though.

I agree that this is a fairly thin call. However, I used some extra information that some may consider questionable (a timing tell).

His flop raise and turn bet were in rhythm. His river bet not so much. Not long enough to be a deliberate pause (where he wants a call)... but long enough to let me know he had to think about it.
