Default STEPS: Too much juice?.....then why does only one site offer them?

I've read some posts that point out how rake infested the steps are, at Party, and can't help to wonder why then,
other sites don't offer them.

I wish they would.....I'm addicted to them.

They offer STEPS, which is a incremental STT format. Read more on PartyPoker's Web site or use the search on 2+2.
