maybe excel could be used for something like PT or similar. Or your virus software had a way of filtering out how they monitor your play or allows you to hide your bot.

don't get me wrong the support is retarded for not figuring out which programs are cool and which are not, but when they don't i don't blame them for not saying your use is ok.

It's not just a question of "wording"; those two are completing different things. Not providing support for random third party software is standard and reasonable. I would not expect Eurobet to officially support these programs. It seems ridiculous to construe not supporting something as meaning "we will ban you if you use this".

The thing is, say they banned me for using one of these and I'm like, "I didn't know!" and they produce this email they sent me and I'm like "aha, technically you only said 'don't support', you didn't say that it's not allowed", I don't think they're going to be like "ooh clever boy have your account back."

HIJACK/STEAM/USELESS:
I've talked to two women over there, concerning two questions.
One was pure evil!!!
The other one was normal.

Question 1:
A ten minute phone call with Miss Evil:
"I'm sorry, I can't help you. We aren't allowed to..."

Normal women answered directly.


Question 2:
Three phone call, aggregated time more than 90 minutes with Miss Evil:
"I'm sorry, I can't help you. You aren't allowed to..."
A lot of cursing from my side actually. I almost never curse, but man, is she evil!

Normal women helped me without any problem.

They actually replied though this morning with a proper response after I got really annoyed with them for not reading my message:
