How to make green beans taste better?
Because of my diet right now i eat 2-3 meals a day consisting of unseasoned chicken and green beans. I don't like to cook, or clean up after cooking. Is there something simple I can add to the green beans to make them taste better?

yah, i'd usually put salt on them, but im going clean for 4 weeks so i can lose 3lbs/week. which means low salt, low fat (30g/day or less), and only low GI carbs.
fun fact: green beans have a glycemic index of 0 |

Also use a little bit of olive oil (it is not bad for you). Hopefully it will taste better |

blanch them quickly, then finish with lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. (a la julia child in 'the way to cook')

even though it is highly processed and not a bit real, try zero calorie butter spray. By food-science-degree dad is so appauled at it's ingredients that he throws it away when he finds it in the fridge, but it will add flavor. I'm not sure of how much salt is in it. It comes in a yellow spray bottle and is by the regular butter at my grocery store. You know any weight you lose by not eating salt will just be water, right? Which, unless you have to make weight for wrestling or something is kind of pointless to lose because you will put it right back on. 3lbs a week is a lot btw. You know that is 10300 calories, right? You should look at how much youre restricting your calorie intake/increasing your exercise to see if that's even possible for you. If you lose that much weight and aren't cutting/working off 10300 calories a week, what you're losing is not fat.

do you HAVE to eat unseasoned chicken? I'm sure there are a lot of seasonings that would make it taste way better but not make it any worse for you.
