Default JJ, facing unknown and loose/passive

PF raiser is an unknown. Turn raiser is loose/passive. I think I played this a little too aggressive on the flop. My thought processes were since the calling station was padding the pot, I can cap and slow down on the turn/river. Instead he wakes up on the turn representing the straight and I have to lay it down.

My thoughts are, on a coordinated flop like this, it's possible I can have the best hand, but the draws can likely make my equity too low on the flop to raise for value. What should I do in this situation against an unknown who doesn't seem to be slowing down?
