new dell party poker question

Just got my new dell laptop inspiron 9300 and when the party poker tables pop up there are little black spaces in the window along the right and bottom side of every screen. This makes it impossible to 4 table without overlap..can anybody tell me what this is or how to get rid of it?>

control panel -> display properties -> settings -> advanced -> set DPI to 96 -> OK -> OK
