Default What\'s the standard raise heads up?

I have been getting way too many seconds and not enough firsts lately, so I am tryin to analyze my heads up play.

Assume 10,000 chips in play and you are relatively even in chips.
What amount do you raise preflop with the blinds at:
100-200
150-300
200-400
250-500

When you opponent is at less than 5 times the big blind, do you raise enough to put him all in every time?

I raise all in if either player is 10x or less, often 12x. For me, HU is very mechanical unless the blinds are small and that doesn't happen often.

So with that mentality does that mean you are only raising with pairs and broadway cards?

If you both have less then 10 big blinds, I push any ace, any suited king, and two high cards, and any pocket pair.

but i'm a donk
