flopped 2 pair-easy fold?

My last hand at this table. Villan just sat down about 1 orbit ago. in 10 hand he limped and folded the flop 3 times.

Good fold or weak check on end? Shoudda made a bigger bet on flop. His 1/2 pot end bet convinced me that I was dead to the flush or he flopped set or str8 and sat back and let me bet it, any thoughts would be appreciated.

With 6-way action pot that flop. Somebody has a draw and you need to make them pay. Keep the pressure on the turn and since a lot of draws hit the river make a 2/3 pot blocking bet and fold if you get pushed.

As played, I think you make the crying call. Better for you to make the $15 bet and then fold if he jacks it up. You still lose the same amount when beaten and you give yourself a chance (albeit small) to win w/out a showdown.
