TJo BB... Confused on all streets.

Opponent is unknown, 38% VPIP. On the flop, I figure I'll bet the flop and fold to any raise. This changed when he minraised, because that told me he might be on a draw. I figure I'll call, and then bet 3/4 pot on any non-spade. The turn is a spade, and I figure I'll check fold. I check, but then he checks. I wonder why he would check with a made hand, and it wasn't until he raised all-in that I realized it was probably a slow-play or a better ten. Is my thought process correct?

Correct play to fold on the flop?

I just want to know if I should have folded to the minraise on the flop with no reads.

I think the correct play would have been to stick with my call, bet any non-spade and then check the river. If I could go back, I would check/fold the river or fold the flop. Good?

I think that's a reasonable line. A minraise often means a spade draw, sometimes a ten, sometimes a straight draw. I'd call the min-raise, then lead out the turn (even a spade) and be done with the hand.
