A guy publicly insults your wife in a very hurtful manner while you are present. She has an above average sized nose and he said something mean about it. You can see she took it hard. I don't consider walking away an option and violence is secondary.

The guy is rich, 30 years old, white, in good shape and attractive. He has a hot wife, a huge house and drives a nice car. I reserve the right to change his description.

How do you insult him? I can't think of a single generic insult. What else can you do besides hit him?
