Default PP 15/30 Newb: Missed Bet?

I am fairly new to playing 15/30 on party, I have recently started moving up from playing 5/10. The raiser and SB are both maniacs with VP$IP of > 60% and 50% respectively, thats why I didnt hesitate calling the preflop raise. I think I missed a re-raise on the river. I don't think I should have even thought of giving him credit for having hearts after looking back at how the hand was played. Comments on how it was played are greatly appreciated.
