Default bison hand converter

I play on Full Tilt and the bisonbison hand converter says that their hand history format is unable to be converted. How can I fix this, or do I really need to?

It appears that Full Tilt is not supported. This page says you can try PMing bisonbison, but I'm sure he's gotten this request before. Sorry.

Default Just some info... no answers.

Firstn, IIRC bison no longer takes PMs.

Secondly, he no longer officially maintains the code. It was moved to sourceforge but I don't think it got a lot of attention there. So it's probably branched who-knows-how-many times.

Third, you can find different versions of the code all over the place. It would probably be a good idea to collect all the different known links at the wiki so that we at least have some prayer of keeping different enhancements in synch.

One of my "sometime in the future" projects is to hack his Perl code, or at least Sheridan's refactored code, to figure out what they're doing. But it isn't a very big priority.

I highly, highly recommend you look at my code rather than the original bison code. Even trying to add small things to the original code base is dangerous because things are easily broken.

My whole project started with trying to fix an all-in bug in his code.

Sheridan: the fact that you were acquainted with the term "refactor" automatically made me trust your code more than the original.

I looked at the Full Tilt histories last night, and they are easily convertable. I started implementing it. I'm buried at work at the moment and am heading to Vegas this weekend, so it probably won't see the light of day until close to the end of the month.

Once I have it in place, I'll make it available via a web page.

Any chance of adding a fix for Absolute?

There's no converters that seem to work since they changed their HH's.

I'll give it a shot. I think I have some histories laying around.
