Default Poker Share

If you play at poker share under your UB name can you still get share points? Or do you have to create a whole new account?

Thanks... I don't need the bonus though. UB is gay when it comes to clearing them. They only count ring game points and I don't play ring games...

They have changed things there.

I tried to open a pokershare account...but it wouldn't even let me install the client because I was already 'part of their poker network' (or some language like that).

I even uninstalled UB and tried again (and again and again) and couldn't do it.

I was able to download the software...but when I had it install the client it must have run through some sort of search on my computer or IP address that spotted me.

Anyone know how I can set up a pokershare account?
I'm assuming this is a new problem that they have recently implemented.

I had that problem this morning, and I had to use a different PC.

but if I can't even install the pokershare client on my own computer then how do I play there.

Great...I can set up my account on a different computer...but it still won't let me play on my own, will it?? (unless I can log-on to my pokershare account via the UB client).

I read somewhere that you can log on to Pokershare via the UB client if you just put in your pokershare username.

I don't know, I am not on pokershare yet.

yeah you can log on to your pokershare name via a ub client.

also, having two accounts is totally kosher w/ UB from what I understand.

but they changed things recently (and it seems obvious that it was UB that changed their mind on this).
Hence, the problem.

you are not supposed to have an account at pokershare now if you have one at UB seems to be what they are driving at.

The question is, if I set up a pokershare account on a different computer...and then just log-on to that account on my computer via the UB client (since I can't even HAVE the pokershare client on my computer) then will I be getting the same pokershare points and what-not?

Because things have changed so quickly with the UB/pokershare relationship I'm not sure ANYONE truly knows the answer to this question.

Guess I should have set up my pokershare account when I was still able to. But obviously I didn't anticipate that they would change it all around after only a few weeks.
