is this the dell ac adapter used for the 2001fp??

dell charges $70 for the 2001fp adapter. So im trying to find it cheaper. This adapter says 20v/4.5a which is what the 2001fp is. does that mean that it is the correct adapter for the 2001fp.

Pin connection is 4 pin male. This looks like 3 pin female

have any suggestions where to get this adapter besides dell? I dont want to pay $140 for two adapters
